what to expect

We know that your first time to a new church can be a little awkward, especially for your kids. So here are some answers to some typical questions...

Where Are Services Held?
We meet at 126 Lincoln Street in Burtrum , Minnesota.

How Should I Dress?
No need to feel like you have to dress up. Modest apparel works for most.

What Is The Music Like?
Our contemporary praise and worship ushers everyone into the Lord's presence where freedom of expressed adoration is experienced.

Who Attends?
We actually have a wide variety of every age group. The core of our church is families with kids and teenagers. We also have singles, young married, and "empty nesters."

What Are The Messages Like?
"Boring" is not a word in our vocabulary. Every Sunday our goal is to share practical life lessons that we can apply in our lives every day of the week. The sermons are approximately 45 minutes in length.

What If I Don't Fit The Church Mold?
Awesome! We are not looking for "religious people" from other churches. We desire to reach out to our community and impact individuals that don't usually go to church. Our church is filled with normal people just like you that face the same real life challenges.

How Big Is Your Vision For Church Growth?
Our goal is to continually reach out to our community and share the love of Jesus Christ. We believe we will always be growing. Our desire is to faithfully serve and minister to all that God sends to us this week, next week and in the years to come.

What About My Baby

When you walk into the foyer our greeters will direct you to our nursery where your baby will be well cared for by caring and loving individuals.  You are more than welcome to keep your baby with you in service or in our nursery.

What About My Children?

Children are highly valued to us here at BDFC, we believe in taking each service to minister to the children at their age level by providing powerful and exciting teaching in Super Church.  Our desire is to help assist you parents by encouraging your children into a vital and intimate fellowship with their Heavenly Father.

Who Will Be Working With My Children?

We have children’s ministers as well as trained and caring individuals who have a heart for our children’s ministry. All of our children’s and nursery workers are pre-approved through an ongoing and legal back ground check.

What About Youth Services?

Wednesday evenings, our teens meet for a time of teaching and fellowship, beginning with refreshments, personal ministry and prayer. Parents are always welcome.
